There is a perception that marketing is full of hot air more than just a real business, the results are amorphous. The reason for this kind of opinion is the lack of the real specialists. There are exceptions in any field. Emma is one of the few people that I met who almost does not talk about work, as marketers usually do, instead of that she does a huge amount of work, in a short period of time, mostly, implements projects that many people simply do not have access to.
Working with Emma has been always challengeable, fun and motivational. I had a chance to discover Emma both as a co-worker and later on as a friend. Throughout the years we have been working together, I can say that there are two sides of her: one is demandable and discipline always streaming to perfection in business while the other side of her is always there to support you.
Back in university when Emma was my lecturer, I was always fascinated with the power of this woman combined with knowledge and elegance. Emma is one of those people who always moves forward, presents herself in a new way, with new projects, interesting ideas, and suggestions. I was always amazed how she managed to do everything: work, teach, learn and at the same time be productive and always in a good form. She is a great team leader, who has a number of qualities that motivates and encourages team members to follow her. Having such a great person in front of me like Emma always makes me to strive for more and reach all of my goals.
